Enhance posture and decrease pain with this six-part series guided by Liz Monnier, a certified Bones for Life® instructor and Feldenkrais® practitioner. Through natural, gentle movement, this practice aids in the fight against osteoporosis by improving the overall strength and health of your bones. While effective practice includes standing, walking, sitting and lying on the floor, individual modifications are offered to accommodate any restrictions. Removing shoes is recommended for best results. Please bring your own yoga mat or blanket, a long scarf and small hand towel. Succulent Pumpkins

Just in time for Halloween, round up the kiddos for family-friendly festivities at the Botanical Conservatory! Snap boo-tiful photos when showing off your favorite costume and visiting friendly stops with tricks and treats along the way. ‘Tis the season for this favorite holiday workshop at the Botanical Conservatory. Using a variety of branch tips, design a fragrant evergreen centerpiece complimented by ribbon, pine cones and a festive feature. If you wish, even add some of you own accents from home. Returning instructor and floral designer Dennis Bowman guides participants through step-by-step assembly including how to tie the perfect bow!
