You or another adult may carry your child's bag and clubs as well as help them in the decision making process!

The Fort Wayne Pee Wee Golf Tour is a schedule of competitive tournaments not a "Learn-to-Play" or "Lessons" program. Your child should have golfing experience in a lessons program or playing with adults prior to playing in an event. Your child must have his/her own equipment including a bag, balls, tees and a minimum of three clubs. Parents and spectators will be asked to assist in scorekeeping.

Giveaways and refreshments will be provided at some events.

ENTRY INFORMATION

Enter each event(s) on the above form on or before the ENTRY DEADLINE for that event. DO NOT ENTER AN EVENT AFTER THE ENTRY DEADLINE. ON-SITE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED WITH A $2 LATE FEE ADDED TO THE ORIGINAL FEE.

1. Calculate the amount due for the event(s) that you are entering. The entry fees are listed above. THE ENTRY FEE INCLUDES THE GREENS FEE.
2. If you choose to register by mail mailed entries must reach the Parks and Recreation Office on or before the entry deadline date. The Parks and Recreation Department does have a 24-hour drop box for your convenience.
3. No refunds will be given after the entry deadline date. ENTER ONLY EVENTS IN WHICH YOU INTEND TO PLAY. All other refunds are subject to a $5 or 10% processing fee, whichever is greater.
4. If you need to withdraw from an event you have entered call McMillen Golf Clubhouse at 427-6710 and leave your name, age, phone number and event you are withdrawing from.
5. Tee times will be posted on the website no more than 2 days before the event. If you do not have internet access please call 427-6710 for your tee time.
6. In the case of inclement weather please call the golf clubhouse at the course you are scheduled to play. Decisions on play will be made no earlier than 30 minutes prior to the first scheduled tee time of the day.

Players must have their own equipment including a bag, balls, tees and a minimum of three clubs.

It is helpful if your child has played some golf and been given some instruction prior to this event. Please work with your child on the following:

*Stand away from the ball during a practice swing.
*You may take two practice swings for each shot.
*Balls must be played as they lie.
*Do not hit your shot until the scorekeeper tells you to.
*The fairway stroke limit is 10 strokes. On your 11th stroke pick up your ball and place it on the nearest edge of the green.
*The continuous putting rule is in effect. Continue putting until you "hole out".
*Remain quiet and out of view of other players playing their shot.
*Repair ball marks, replace divots, and rake bunkers.
*Place your bag on the side of the green where the next tee is located.
