In the world of crafting, needle felting produces one of the cutest end products! It looks complex but is actually easy to learn and the results are elaborate wool sculptures. Take one class (or all three) and watch your whimsical creation come to life. All necessary equipment and materials will be provided. Sue Powe of Cousin Susie's Felting is a 10-year member of the Flax and Fleecers Guild and enjoys sharing her love of felting with others. Ages 12+. Empower your little one to create his/her own healthy snacks. We've partnered with Wholesome Roots Cooking to offer fun, age appropriate cooking classes bursting with hands-on learning and cooking! Reindeer Rice Cakes: We will prepare special ingredients to create a reindeer face on a rice cake. With the leftovers, students may create a second masterpiece!

Pizza Creations: Join the fun as we create pizza shaped recipes with ingredients that are sure to please!

Food Art: Warning: In this class we WILL be playing with our food! In order to promote positivity and fun with food, we will chop and prepare ingredients and create art with our food!

Designed to help children feel confident and comfortable in the kitchen, our Roots classes allow students to grow in their culinary skills. We've partnered with Wholesome Roots Cooking Classes to offer fun, age appropriate cooking classes bursting with hands-on learning and cooking! Sweet and Savory Appetizer Wreaths: You will prepare toppings and assemble two appetizer wreaths - one sweet and one savory.

Choose Your Own Adventure: Create your very own recipe! You will be given a basic recipe and with each step you will choose the next ingredient. You'll discover how recipes can be adapted to allow your creativity to shine.

Dessert: Tonight's treat is Napoleon puffs! Students will work with puff pastry dough, mix the delicious filling, and slice fruit for the layers! If time allows, we will use the remaining ingredients to create a mini layered mousse dessert!

Enjoy a special morning with Santa before he makes his final list of who's been naughty and nice. Each child will frost and decorate two pre-made cookies before Santa reads 'Twas The Night Before Christmas' and our Valais Blacknose sheep make an appearance so you can capture a one of a kind photo with them and Santa. Ages 3-12. Note: Only registered children (accompanied by one adult)

We're in a painting frenzy at Salomon Farm Park. Grab a brush and express yourself through art. Our winter projects include a Christmas cottage, polar bears and artic animals of land and sea.
