Volleyball is one of the top three most played sports in the world. It doesn't matter how old you are, how fit you are or how athletic you are. This high-energy, zero body contact, mixed team sport is loads of fun and no matter what level you play at, volleyball can help improve your fitness and coordination. Recreational volleyball is informal play with no officials. Teams form once players arrive and play proceeds for two hours. The program runs for 10 weeks. Ages 18+.
