Traditional Polish Pierogi

One of the most popular Polish foods is a delicious filled dumpling called a pierogi. As with many traditional foods, recipes are handed down from generation to generation and have as many variations as there are people. In this class you will help prepare pierogi with two different types of fillings under the guidance of instructor Suzi Hanzel. Ages 16+. Registration deadline:October 16. Min. 5. Max. 16.
