*40 round 6' tables, six (6) rectangular tables 30"x96", six (6) round 30" cocktail tables and 400 chairs
*Lobby is 2,000 SF with adjacent coat room, Men's, Women's, and Family Restroom. The Family Restroom is equipped with adjustable adult-sized changing table.
*Lobby has two groups of four lounge chairs, two benches, and two coffee tables.
*Lobby finishes include wood ceiling, walls, and structure, along with stone accents featuring artwork by local artists Paul Demaree and Jeremy Stroup.
*Warming kitchen has two refrigerators, one microwave, and one electric range. It connects to both the Event Hall and Lobby. There are 7 above-counter duplex outlets, 1 at the island, and two wall outlets available in the room.
*Event Hall is 6,000 SF.
*Event Hall has vaulted ceilings, exposed glulam structure, and lots of natural light. There are perforated wood sound attenuation panels to mitigate reverberation.
*There are 5 duplex and 5 quad outlets around the perimeter of the Event Hall. There are also two floor boxes, each with a duplex outlet.
*Event Hall has direct access to a patio at the north and a patio at the west.

*From mid-November through 12/31 Franke Park is used for the Fantasy of Lights. We recommend when booking during this time that you schedule your party during the day as Franke Park is very congested in the evenings and it may be difficult for your guests to get to the pavilion.

*All park amenities (pools, splash pads, playgrounds, athletic areas) are not guaranteed to be open as part of the rental experience. The pavilion rental includes the rental space only.
**If scheduling this pavilion for a walk/run you must call the Special Events Coordinator at 260-427-6003 for availability. There is a fee for a run/walk.**The entrance for this pavilion is off Goshen Avenue at 1750 Goshen Road.
