Czech Holiday Dessert

The Czech kolach is a sweet pastry that holds a portion of fruit or a variety of other fillings surrounded by puffy brioche dough. They can be served as dessert, but also give a donut stiff competition for breakfast. Be sure to bring a container for any leftovers from your culinary experience! Ages 16+. Instructor: Suzi Hanzel.
