Experience the transformative power of cognition, drumming, movement, music and rhythm! Drums Alive® is an evidence-based wellness program that improves physical, mental and social-emotional well-being. Using drumsticks, a stability ball, and fun rhythmic music you will perform both standing and seated routines that will help improve mobility, core strength, balance and coordination while providing aerobic exercise.
