As exercise goes, it doesn't get much better than a fun team sport that requires no expensive equipment or major time commitments. Basketball is good for your heart, your muscles, your bones, your brain, your gut, your social life and your stress level. And, it's FUN! Sign up for a session or try it out by dropping in. Ages 18+. Registration deadlines: November 25 and 27. Min. 10. Max. 18. Due to holidays, there will be no basketball on December 23, 25, 30, January 1 and 20.
